Tombow UK is unable to accept any returns or exchanges without the original proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@tombow.co.uk. After receiving approval from us, the item needs to be posted back to us within 14 days along with the proof of purchase. The item must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Tonbow UK is not responsible for any return postage costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part of a defective item. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning is lost or damaged.
Any returns or exchanges which are returned outside of our return period, damaged or unaccompanied by the original proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and if the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
